Apartment rental in Kathmandu for 1–3 months?

Considering switching from guesthouse to an apartment in Kathmandu for a longer stay. Has anyone rented a flat for 1–3 months? Which area, how did you find it (Facebook, agent, word of mouth), and roughly what did you pay? Thanks!
